- PAVICEM HD (Heavy-Duty)
- Reinforced variant for higher-traffic commercial floors. Same chemistry, harder cure. Restaurant floors, retail, hospitality entry.
- PAVICEM Monocomponent
- One-component variant for repair and small-area work. Less colour range; faster to mix.
- Stamped concrete system
- 6–15 mm polymer-modified cement overlay or full slab. Stamps and texture mats sold separately. Used for exterior driveways, patios, pool decks, hospitality outdoor areas.
- Pavistamp Stamped Overlay (skim)
- 2 mm skim variant of the stamped system. Allows stamping on top of existing concrete without full demolition. Useful for renovation projects with sound substrate.

Where Pavistamp loses
- Brand recognition outside Spain and Mediterranean markets. Pavistamp is less globally cited than Topciment. For projects where the architect wants name-brand authority, this can matter.
- IL channel is thinner than Topciment. Specialty importers carry the line but the applicator network is smaller. Verify before spec close.
- No pool-grade SKU equivalent to Topciment Atlanttic. For chlorine and salt-water exposure, Topciment Atlanttic remains the default; PAVICEM has no engineered equivalent.
- No mass-waterproof line. For bathrooms without separate membrane, Mortex remains the default; PAVICEM requires tanking like the rest of the cement-polymer family.
